The Candy Co. Flats was built in 1925 and served as an early mixed-use building that originally housed Harry’s Candy Co. and several apartments above the factory. We have done our best to maintain the vintage warehouse feel by incorporating industrial details throughout its renovation. Many original architectural elements remain with our favorite being the huge original skylight that illuminates the common hallway as only natural light can. Some antique architectural elements were recycled and incorporated during renovation such as the vintage explosion-proof warehouse lighting found throughout the common hallway which was salvaged from another former factory.

All units have high ceilings with the factory level having soaring ceilings! The upper units have hardwood floors and the factory level has an urban tile. All units have butcher block counter tops in the kitchens.  There are 10 units total. All are 1 bedrooms with the exception of a factory level 2 bedroom.
