While we know which apartments are coming up for renewal, we do not know which tenants will be staying and which will be renewing their current leases.  Current tenants are required to give a 60 day notice, so it is only then that we know what units will be coming available. Our turnover rate is very low due to the current popularity of the Seminole Heights neighborhood and the limited supply of apartments. When units do come available they typically rent within one week so be sure to check back frequently!
