The payment page offers easy online payments for tenants using PayPal. There will also be a 3.1% service fee which PayPal charges for this service. The 3.1% service fee will be displayed as shipping and handling.
Already have a PayPal account? You can use your existing PayPal account upon checkout. Simply sign in using your PayPal user name and password.
If you do not have PayPal account, you will have an opportunity to create one upon checkout. Simply click Continue Checkout and follow the instructions.
