SECURITY DEPOSIT
Security deposits are equal to one month’s rent and refundable after favorable move out inspection. PETS Pets are considered on a pet-by-pet basis. If approved well–behaved, housebroken dogs are allowed with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit and well-behaved cats are allowed with a $150.00 non-refundable deposit. Second pets are half of deposit. Call for information regarding exotic pets.
LITTERING
Littering is not tolerated. There is a $500.00 fine for littering in any form. Cigarettes fit into this category as does not cleaning up after pets.
BALCONIES, PORCHES AND COMMON AREAS
These areas are to remain trash- free and are not to be used as storage areas. No furniture other than what is provided by Seminole Heights Apartments should be in any of theses areas. Bikes are also not permitted in these areas.
LAUNDRY
The laundry areas are shared. Please be courteous and remove your laundry in a timely manner after its cycle has finished.
EXTERMINATION
The exterminator comes every other month. Tenants are responsible for locking up pets at risk of escape. Should an individual have a specific pest problem which needs additional treatment you may call the exterminator directly.
DECORATING
Painting of all walls, trim, cabinets, ceilings, and floors is not permitted and will result in charges to repaint with a professional as well as loss of deposit.
