The Tree Fort is a beautiful complex located in the heart of the historic district of Seminole Heights. There are two units upstairs and two units downstairs. All four units are very spacious. Three have hardwood floors in the living areas and tile in bathrooms and kitchens. One unit is completely tiled. The kitchens are large with butcher-block counters and stainless steel shelving. The bathrooms are retro styled with pedestal sinks. All have bistro sets on the rear porches and there is a shared patio set on the second floor’s front porch.

So what’s in a name? Through the grapevine we had learned that this complex had fondly been called “The Tree Fort” by many of its former residents long before we added it to the Seminole Heights Apartment’s lineup. It made perfect sense to keep it such, so “The Tree Fort” it is!
