Violet Place is a darling little duplex. It is tucked away from the street down a pathway of grasses and flowers as if it were a destination.

 Both units have hardwood floors and open eat-in kitchens with butcher block counters and stainless steel shelving. The upper unit has its own small porch just big enough for a bistro set to enjoy coffee or tea and there is also a shared, paved patio in the rear perfect for grilling outside or gathering with friends.
